• Split by VAT rate. Sales and refunds are posted at the VAT rate charged on each order, with fees and chargebacks on their own lines.
• Adds up before it posts. If a payout is out by even a penny, it's held for you to review. Nothing fails silently.
• Matched to your bank feed. The deposit is explained as a transfer from a Shopify Payments account, so both sides balance.
